Plasma Recovery Time

Cmax is expressed in concentration units (i.e., mg/mL). Similar to AUC, Cmax increases proportionally to dose under linear conditions. If performing noncompartmental analysis, this concentration is defined by the chosen sample collection times and the "true" Cmax is not known. After intravenous dosing, Cmax usually occurs immediately following the completion of dosing.
