Purification

After synthesis, the oligodeoxynucleotides are deprotected at 55° in NH4OH for 12 hr. Purification of these synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides is accomplished by either high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).
