Solvic 239, Solvay, France suspension in methanol; 10 yg

Standard

remarks - This spectrum shows dominant molecular ions for HC1 (m/z 36 and 38) and benzene (m/z 78). Other aromatic and/or unsaturated hydrocarbon products are observed as relatively low signals at m/z 54, 68, etc., m/z 66, 80, etc. and m/z 92, 106, 120. The peaks at m/z 104, 116 and 128 probably represent CsHs (styrene), CgHa (indene) and CioHs (naphthalene). Note the absence of an obvious vinylcnloride monomer signal at m/z 62.
